You must maintain social distancing whilst at Powell's Farm Wales, this includes from Powell's Farm Wales staff.  The cost of the ticket covers admission to the farm only, and then you pay for  the pumpkins that you pick and any extras you choose.  Car parking is free.

WORKING FARM
We are a working farm and therefore there are several hazards in the area which could cause trips, slips and injury if care is not taken.  Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. We want everyone to enjoy meeting the animals but please do not allow children to put their hands in their pens or feed them as they could bite.  Hand wipes will be available to clean childrens hands immediately after viewing the animals to avoid illnesses which can be transferred to humans from animals.  There are also some prickly weeds in the pumpkin patch please take care not to get stung. There is a brook which runs through the farm and you are welcome to have a little splash in it taking great care.  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst on the farm.

IN THE PUMPKIN PATCH:
All customers will be asked to sanitise their hands before entering the pumpkin patch. Please only touch the pumpkins you intend to purchase.
For Health and Safety, due to the steepness of the patch you are asked to leave your wheelbarrow where indicated in the pumpkin patch.

AFTER PICKING:
Each pumpkin picking session will last up to 1 hour but once you have chosen your pumpkins you can leave the pumpkin patch by following the one-way system and make your way back to the spooky barn.    There will be plenty of photo opportunities along the way.

If you want to walk up to the GIANT PUMPKIN LETTERS we recommend that you leave your wheelbarrows just outside of the pumpkin patch.  Please take care when walking across the field. It may be wet and slippery if wet.

A hand sanitiser station will be available to you to sanitise your hands before getting back into your car.
We strongly advise that no pumpkins are eaten until you have been able to wash them at home.
Dogs are not allowed except assistance dogs.

Payment will be taken in the Spooky barn via cash or card.  Light refreshments will be available too.

There is an easy access toilet with baby changing facilities for emergency use.

REFUND POLICY
Pre-booked admission tickets are non-refundable and are valid for the session they have been booked for only.
