PICK YOUR OWN PUMPKIN PATCH

FAMILY RUN FAMILY FUN

THE PUMPKIN PATCH IS NOW CLOSED

Visit Powell's Farm Wales to choose your very own pumpkin from our splendid pumpkin patch. Whether you want to carve a ghostly jack o'lantern, create a quirky non carve design or turn it into delicious pumpkin pie this Halloween there's a pumpkin for everyone.

Family run, family fun.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL

Take a walk out to Powell's Pumpkin Patch, soak up the scenery, meet the animals, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the great outdoors which Mid Wales has to offer.  And best of all you can pick your own pumpkin from a variety of colours and sizes from Jill Be Little to the Atlantic Giant (subject to availability) from our Pumpkin Patch.  Some are knobbly some are wrinkly but best of all they are all unique and grown on our farm especially for you.

We have a large, well ventilated spooky barn, which will provide shelter on the rainy October days.  If you don't feel like venturing out to the pumpkin patch we will have a range of pumpkins available to buy in the spooky barn.

There will be "leave the mess here" socially distanced, pumpkin carving stations if you want to carve your pumpkins with us  and leave all the seedy mess behind. This means after your visit you can go home with your carved pumpkin, a colourful carving kit and a tea light so you are all set for Halloween. Additional charges apply.

You can also take a walk up to see the GIANT PUMPKIN letters which are on the way to the ancient Tomen Castle.  We have a Cinderella carriage,  hay bale castle and pumpkin pod for the children in play in aswell as lots of pumpkin themed fun and games along the way.

We have a Pumpkin / Halloween theme each year but it is not scary - it has all been designed with families in mind.

All you need is something to keep you warm and dry, a pair of wellies and a bag to put your pumpkin in.  Booking is essential to keep everyone safe. Avoid disappointment, Book now.

We've been growing pumpkins on the farm since 2020.  We have increased the pumpkin patch to around 1 acre (6000) pumpkins were planted this year. It has been a huge learning curve but we have a pumpkin patch which is very special to us and we have been working hard to make sure that you will enjoy your visit to our farm.  We hope that you enjoy your visit and whilst you are here please tell us what you would like to see next year and we will be back bigger and better.
